Returns & Exchange Policy

Aestival Elements is committed to making good quality bags and accessories. Please check your purchases immediately upon delivery. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your purchase, kindly take note of the following:

1. Please exchange/return the merchandise within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase.
2. Please ensure the merchandise is in its original condition and with original tags attached.
3. Currently, we only accept exchanges and do not accept refund. If the price your exchanged item is less than the original purchase merchandise, we apologized that we will not refund the balance amount.
4. If you like us to pick up your exchanged item, a courier fee of $8 will be charged to you.

Shipping Policy

For orders above $60, we offer FREE delivery within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island and Sentosa).

For orders below $60, we will deliver your purchases at $5 per location (excluding Jurong Island and Sentosa).

All orders will be delivered within 3 working days upon payment.

Payment Method

PayNow via our QR Code  and indicate your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until we have received your funds. Please screenshot when payment is completed, thereafter please email to shopping@aestivalele.com.
